Get involved.
You don’t need to know everyone. You don’t need to be an expert. Just bring an interest, a few questions and yourself.
There’s a way in for everyone.
Come to an event.
An easy first step. Find something that interests you, come along and meet people. You don’t need to arrive knowing everyone or having an answer to every political question.
Join a campaign.
Help locally and learn how campaigning works. You don’t have to be experienced to contribute. Your branch is the place to start for information about confirmed campaign opportunities.
Find your branch.
Connect with people in your part of the area. Local branches bring YC closer to home, with opportunities to get involved across the wider region too.
Get more involved.
As you find your feet, there are ways to organise, campaign, discuss policy and attend Party events. Over time, you may want to help run activities or take on responsibility within your branch.
